The long-awaited 2026 Southern Cross Reliability Trial is finally ready to come to life. This event has been on our drawing board for more than three years, and in many ways, that journey is part of the reason behind the name. In 2026, we mark the 60th Anniversary of the first International Southern Cross Rally, and we wanted to create something special to honour the legacy, spirit and reputation of that world-class event.

This two-day navigational competition will take crews across the lower highlands and through the southern tablelands, travelling from Goulburn to Wagga Wagga and returning to Goulburn the following day. Years of research, route checking and exploratory drives have gone into shaping what we believe reflects the original route of the 1966 event, giving competitors a rare opportunity to follow in the wheel tracks of Australian rally history.

Accommodation
Accommodation for the event will be at the cost of each competitor. There is plenty of great accommodation available in Wagga Wagga, ranging from pub stays through to luxury hotels, with a variety of good pricing options to match.

Friday Night in Goulburn
As always, Friday night dinner will be held at the Paragon Café in Goulburn and will be at each competitor’s own expense. Please acknowledge at the end of the entry form if you and your crew will be joining us for dinner.
